Location: Weteringschans 175H, 1017 XD, Amsterdam
Employment type: Full-time job / 38 hours per week
Salary indication: €2800-€3250 gross per month excluding holiday pay.

Catering Industry CAO compliant employment conditions
-
Executing preparations, monitoring/controlling quality, doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc., and making adjustments/additions;
-
Making orders ready to serve by performing à la minute cooking tasks, portioning, and garnishing;
-
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP, and work and presentation methods (house style)
Profile Requirements
Knowledge and Skills

MBO level 3 work and thinking level; (please reach out to us even if you don't have it to see what we can do)

Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
